Crew — $69 a month
You and up to four more. Everything: the website, customers, prices, bills and card payments. The schedule and repeat jobs. The crew day sheet in English and Spanish. Texting from your own number is being switched on now. Up to 5 people, and no per-user fee.
Solo — $29 a month
Just you and a truck. Your website and the price form, customers, properties and notes, prices, bills and card payments. One login.
Pro — $119 a month
For when the phone won't stop. Everything in Crew, plus the calls you miss get answered and written down. Not switched on yet — it's the next thing being built, and it isn't sold until it works.
Why there's no per-user fee.
Because charging you for hiring someone is a strange way to run a business.
Most software in this trade prices per seat. Put a fourth guy on in March and the April bill goes up — so the software quietly taxes you for growing. Here, a fourth guy in March means the same $69 in April. Five people, same $69.
Above five people this isn't the right tool and I'll say so. That's a real ceiling, not a paywall — there's no plan above Crew that unlocks it.

The awkward questions.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. Stop whenever you like and the bill stops with it.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There's no onboarding fee, no migration fee and no charge to get your website up.
Will the price go up next year?
There are no investors here who need it to. That's not a contractual promise and I won't pretend it is — but nobody is holding a number I have to hit.
What about card fees?
Card payments run through Stripe and their processing fee is theirs, not mine. I don't take a cut of your money on top.
What happens if I stop paying?
The app switches off; your data doesn't get deleted out from under you. Email me and you can get it back.
